Anyone wishing to enter a team in the above Winter League must do so in writing together with the entrance fee of £80 (this includes £10 player registration fee)before the closing date of Sunday 12th September 2010. Teams and players who have outstanding fines must pay their fines with the entrance fee or entry will be refused.
*Please note :- The £80 entrance fee is not refundable* In the event of too many teams priority will be given to existing Winter League teams.Cheques or postal orders are to be made out to :- Colwyn Bay & District Winter PoolLeague Any proposals must be sent in writing together with the proposer & seconders name and sent to Ian Davies no later than Saturday 11th September 2010.
The Winter AGM will be held at The Llandudno Junction Community Club, Llandudno Junction on Tuesday 14thSeptember2010 commencing at 8pm.
A REPRESENTATIVE FROM EVERY TEAM MUST BE PRESENT & STAY FOR THE DURATION OF THE AGM.FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN OFFENDING TEAMS STARTING THE SEASON WITH A TWO POINT DEDUCTION. Any teams with Summer League annual trophies to return them on the night of the Winter AGM. Please note :- NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CORRECT ENTRANCE FEE OR ANY OUTSTANDING FINES WHICH REMAIN UNPAID.

Any team cancelling a home league match will now lose the home advantage as in cup competitions. Matches can not be cancelled unless the secretary is given at least 7 days notice prior to the original date of the match. Any team cancelling a league matchmust on cancellation with the secretary provide4 alternate dates within the next four weeks to play the fixture.A league match can not be cancelled in the last 4 weeks of the season unless the match is played prior to the original fixture date and 4 alternative dates are given.
Could all Captains please note that on the new version of the score cards sent out at the start of this season there is a line on which the team that fills in that cards should put the team namethere this helps on a weekly bases and lets me know who has sent in their score cards.
Please remember you must put your forename & surname on all scorecards with no nicknames.
This will help when the Averages are done at the end of the season.
Any scorecard which has nicknames will go down as An Other and will not count towards the Averages.
Averages in the summer league are based on individual performance and not doubles.
For any teams who wish to transfer players there is a £5 fee per player payments to be made to Colwyn Bay & District pool league, please contact the Treasurer, only 4 players can be transfer from a higher Division to a lower Division team.
